Court Royal is located at the South end of South Parade, the southern promenade of Skegness. Although the location is in a prominent position, the area is reasonably quiet owing to this part of South Parade being a cul-de-sac and enjoys little through traffic. The area is ideal for access to the southern bowling greens, boating lake, Pleasure Beach, town centre and southern amenities and bowling greens.

We are open throughout the whole year and while normally during the holiday season we only offer weekly holidays, out of season we welcome enquiries for short breaks.

The property is divided into 12 self-contained apartments, accommodating 2 to 6 persons in comfort. Two apartments have pleasant views of the southern amenities and sand dunes plus four front facing upper floor units have panoramic sea views. Several ground floor units are available.

Apartments 1 and 2 comprise:
Lounge with drop-down double bed plus 3 piece suite. Main bedroom with double bed plus bunk beds Shower room - Shower W.C. and handbasin. Accommodation: 6 persons.

Apartments 3,4,5 and 6 comprise:
Lounge with 3 piece suite. Main bedroom with double bed plus bunk beds, Second Bedroom with twin single beds. Bathroom - Bath W.C. and handbasin. Accommodation: 6 persons. These units have sun balconies with sea views. 

Apartment 7 comprises:
Lounge with drop-down double bed. Main bedroom with double bed (bedroom has patio door) Shower room with shower / W.C. and handbasin. Apartment 7 accommodates up to 4 persons.


Apartment 8 comprises:
Lounge with 3 piece suite. Main bedroom with double bed.
Second bedroom with twin single beds. Shower room with shower / W.C. and handbasin. Apartment 8 accommodates up to 4 persons. 

Apartment 9, 10, 11 and 12 comprise:
Lounge with drop-down double bed. Main bedroom with double bed. Second bedroom with twin single bed (or double bed) plus bunk beds (or single bed) Bathroom with shower / W.C. and handbasin. Apartment 9,10,11 and 12 accommodate up to 8 persons.
