We are a small friendly family managed guesthouse, situated only five minutes from the Sea Front and ten minutes away from the Town Centre, which offers a wide range of Clubs / Beach Bars / Discos / Theatre and Restaurants for all ages. Also we are close to the North Shore Golf Course for the keen golfer. And, if you wish, visit one of the largest outdoor markets in Europe, Fantasy Island at Ingoldmells, only a ten minute bus or car ride. Skegness is an ideal venue for all.

The Inn place is attractively decorated with a homely "Olde Worlde" atmosphere as our dining room image (right) shows. All bedrooms are modern, warm, clean and comfortable and are fully en-suite with W.C., hand basin and shower. All are located on the ground floor, as is our attractive dining room.

Suncastle bowling greens, Natureland and the promenade are all within walking distance, as is the North Shore Golf Course. The Seacroft Golf Course and Gibraltar Point nature reserve are just a short ride away.
